Willie Mozelle Mulligan (Mimi) was born in Glynwood, Georgia, the daughter of the late Grover Cleveland Rhodes and Annie Mozelle Harrison. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Curtis Mulligan. Better known as MiMi, she spent years as a Navy wife traveling from coast to coast.  She was best known for baking cakes and cookies for friends and neighbors. She was preceded in death by six of her siblings: Thomas Rhodes (Jacksonville, FL); Leroy Rhodes Meadow (Utah); Addie Lawrence Owens (Brunswick, GA); Beatrice Carmichael (Waycross, GA); Ann Mathis (Lakeland, FL) Lucille Glynn (Mobile, AL). Russell Rhodes of Tallahassee, FL is her sole surviving sibling.

She is also survived by her daughter, Linda Ellis (Tommy); son, John Craven (Noie) and Paul Mulligan (Martha), three grandsons, Adam Ellis (Liz), Lee Ellis (Olivia), Kyle Craven, and a great-granddaughter, Iyla Endacott Ellis.

She lived a full life, she was loved by many, and she will be deeply missed.
