Obituary

Russell “Russ” E. Silver, Jr. passed away Friday, June 10, 2022.  He was born in Pensacola, Florida.  Russ graduated from Florida State University in 1967 with a Bachelors of Science Degree.  He worked in marketing management for Joseph Seagrams Co. and Hiram Walker Co.  Russ served in the United States Army as a First Lieutenant and was a Vietnam Veteran.  He was a member of the Grand Pointe Homeowners Association and Rotary and enjoyed playing golf.

Russ is survived by his wife, Ann J. Silver of Gulf Breeze and sister Cindy Robinson of Coral Springs, FL.

A visitation will be held Thursday, June 16, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Concord Presbyterian Church at 4191 Gulf Breeze Parkway.  A funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM with Pastor Jon Becker officiating. Burial will be at Rose Lawn Cemetery in Gulf Breeze.
