Jesse "Phillip" Mckee

Jesse “Phillip” McKee, age 70, of Gulf Breeze, was called home February 01, 2021, with his wife at his side.  He was born February 03, 1950 in Tampa, FL to Herbert Ray McKee, Sr. and the late Willie Mae McKee.  Phillip was a proud graduate of Tate High School and subsequent graduate of Alabama Christian College, where he majored in Religion.  He was a Branch Manager at Mayer Electrical Supply until his retirement after 26 years of service, in 2020.  In his free time, he enjoyed hunting and fishing with his family.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Willie Mae Nowling McKee.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Tammy Renee McKee; children, Robert Travis (Marti) McKee, and their children, Carter McKee and Jenna McKee; Daniel Chad McKee; and Colton Colorado (Becca) McKee; father, Herbert Ray McKee, Sr.; brother, Herbert Ray (Suzanne) McKee, Jr.; and a host of extended family, church family and close friends.

Visitation will be from 10:00am until the funeral service begins at 11:00am, Friday, February 05, 2021 at Gulf Breeze Church of Christ, 2962 Gulf Breeze Parkway, Gulf Breeze, FL 32563.  Interment will follow at Rose Lawn Cemetery, 2942 Gulf Breeze Parkway, Gulf Breeze, FL 32563.  Elder Dean Taylor will officiate.  Pallbearers will be Colton McKee, Travis McKee, Kurvin Qualls, Derek Head, Rick McMichael and Mason Cook.
