Carole Wilson

Carole Leckie White Wilson, age 86, of Gulf Breeze, was called home July 30, 2021.  She was born December 17, 1934, in Birmingham, AL, to the late Charles W. and Amelia Fillmer Leckie.  Carole was a longtime member of Gulf Breeze Presbyterian Church.

She is preceded in death by her husbands, Thomas “Tom” White and Hubbard “Herb” Wilson; and aunts, Frances Fillmer Kennemer and Katherine Fillmer Holston.  Carole is survived by her stepdaughter, Tina Wilson and step granddaughter, AnaKay Wilson; cousins, J.S (Ken) Kennamer, Hal L. Holston and Kay H, Byers.  A Celebration of Life will be held at Rose Lawn Funeral Home in Gulf Breeze on Tuesday, August 3, 2021.  Visitation will be at 10:30, preceding the service at 11:00.  Elder Geoffrey Huddleston will officiate.  In lieu of flowers, contributions could be made to the Humane Society of Pensacola, at 5 North Q St. Pensacola, FL 32505, or the charity of your choice.
