Suzanne Thompson

Sunday, January 31, 2016, Suzanne J. Thompson went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She was preceded in death by her oldest daughter. She was a dearly loved wife, mother, and grandmother. She leaves to cherish her memory, Edwin G. Thompson, her husband of 54 years, 3 sons and her youngest daughter. She was diagnosed with M.S. in 1975 but continued to function with the help of her family and her favorite Amigo scooter. Suzanne loved to sing, dearly loved her family and dearly loved her Lord. Education was very important to her. She faithfully followed Ed with job transfer. She always found a class to take. She had 16 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Suzanne will be sorely missed, but her family will find comfort in the faith and love she shared. Visitation Monday, February 8, 2016 from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Rose Lawn Funeral Home Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at 10:00 AM at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church with burial following at Rose Lawn Cemetery.
