Phyllis Forehand

Phyllis Ewing Forehand passed away on Friday December 10th. She was 83 years old. She was preceded in death by her husband J.W. and her son Wade. She is survived by two daughters, Donna (Charlie) Harris and Sherry (Ray Gene) White, and a son, Wes (Diane) Forehand. There will be a remembrance gathering Wednesday evening at the home of Sherry and Ray Gene. Family requests donations be made to Covenant Hospice in lieu of flowers.
