Pamela Dillon

d. April 10, 2016

Pam Dillon, 64, died Sunday, April 10, 2016, at her home. She was born in Savannah, Georgia, daughter of Brad and Gloria Dillon. Her husband, Les, and mother, Gloria, precede Pam in death. She is survived by her twin daughters, Kat and Stacy, her father, Brad Dillon, and her brother and sister. Pam was a graduate of Rowan Technical Institute with an A.A.S. degree in Electronic Data Processing. She went on to graduate from Bob Jones University with a B.S. in Business Administration. While still in high school, Pam developed a strong interest in computers and after obtaining her degree began a long career in the computer industry, eventually becoming a Senior Software Engineer and Computer Analyst. Upon moving to Gulf Breeze, she was fortunate to join the staff of Gulf Breeze United Methodist Church as a Computer Information Specialist, a job that she thoroughly enjoyed. Pam was very fond of animals. One of her strongest passions was spending time caring for and riding horses. During her final years, she adopted a pet cat, Muffin, who would be her trusted daily companion. Pam enjoyed reading, working jigsaw puzzles and painting. She was always happy and made everything fun. Pam was a devoted Mother and threw the best birthday parties for her twin daughters. She was a very loving and caring woman who would always have a smile regardless of the many health problems she was continually managing. The family wishes to express their gratitude to everyone who has provided love and support to her as her health declined. Pam was a member of the Gulf Breeze United Methodist Church of Gulf Breeze, Florida. Rose Lawn Funeral Home of Gulf Breeze is handling arrangements.
