He was born on May 21, 1930, in Chicago, Illinois to Ethel and Thomas Cullerton. He shared 67 wonderful years with his wife Claire Cullerton and fathered two daughters with her: Noreen Cullerton and Jill Conlon (Timothy).

He had a great passion for music and would dance the night away with anyone that could keep up with him. Norman was a very talented man that could build or fix anything and was always willing to share his knowledge and give all his friends, family, and neighbors a hand.
Norman was one of the original members of Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church. He volunteered his time as the church’s handyman and was an usher for many years. Prior to living in Florida, he lived in the Chicago-land area where he raised his two daughters, along with fostering 35 children.
Norman had an easy-going, cheerful disposition, and always had a smile on his face. He will be missed dearly by all that knew him.
