It is with a heavy heart we announce the peaceful passing of Nancy Lou Millay on Thursday, March 28th, 2024 at her residence surrounded by family. Nancy was born in Chicago, Illinois to Elaine and Le Roy Kamin. Nancy was known for her strength, resiliency, and tenacity and was always ready to help those in need. Nancy moved to Gulf Breeze in 1983 and was employed with the City of Gulf Breeze as Director of Finance for many years before retiring. Nancy was proud to be a Guardian Ad Litem and started many programs such as the Hurricane Relief Program and Anchor Program at Gulf Breeze United Methodist Church, where she was a member. Nancy is survived by Deidre (daughter); Tiffany, Travis, Dylan, and Andrew (grandchildren); and Gavin (great grandchild). The memorial service will be held at the Gulf Breeze United Methodist Church at 2:00 p.m. on April 17th, 2024.
