Dr. Max F. Riddick 85, passed away peacefully on February 23, 2026 surrounded by the love of his family.
A devoted husband, father, physician, veteran, and man of faith, Dr. Riddick lived a life defined by service.
After graduating medical school he proudly served in the United States Air Force. Following his military service, Dr. Riddick dedicated decades to the practice of orthopedic medicine at Jewett Orthopedic Clinic in WinterPark Florida. Beyond his professional achievements, he was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Pat, with whom he shared a lifetime of love, partnership, and unwavering commitment. He was a proud father to his two children, Andy and Cissy and found great joy in watching them grow, succeed, and build families of their own.
Outside of medicine, Max was an avid outdoorsman. He loved to hunt, fish and cherished time spent in nature.
Max was a man of strong and steadfast faith, He lived his beliefs daily through generosity, kindness, and quiet acts of service. Max loved deeply and gave freely, always putting everyone else first.
