Martha Heins

Martha Stanley Heins, age 86 of Gulf Breeze died on Friday, August 19, 2016. Martha was born in Florala, AL and lived in Montgomery, AL until 1976 when she and her husband Jim moved to Orange Beach, AL. Later, in 2012, she moved to Gulf Breeze to be near her family that she loved so dearly. Martha was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, James W Heins. She is survived by her son, Steve Heins, daughter, Elizabeth Heins (Bubba) Barberi, grandchildren, Kristi Heins Renfroe (Jim Rodriguez), Mark Walker, Matthew Walker, Krueger Heins, Karley Heins, great grandchildren, Nicole Renfroe and Jordan Renfroe. There will be a time of visitation at Rose Lawn Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 from 9:30 – 10:30 AM, followed by a service at 10:30 AM. Martha will be buried in Pine Rest Memorial Park Cemetery, 16541 US 98, Foley, AL following a graveside service there, at 1:00 PM. The family would like to extend special thanks to Dr Quintin Law, who took such good care of her for the last three years, and to the wonderful nurses at Joyce Goldenberg Hospice Residence who made her final days so peaceful. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Covenant Hospice, 5041 North 12th Avenue, Pensacola, Florida 32504
