Mark Eged

Mark (Sharky) Edward Eged, age 72, went home to his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on July 12, 2023.

Mark was born and lived most of his childhood in Homestead, PA. He was a journeyman welder for many years at Westinghouse in Cheswick, PA. After retiring to Gulf Breeze, FL, he worked as a waste water management technician on Navarre Beach, FL.

In his off time, he enjoyed music, golfing and bowling. He was a trivia buff, liked telling jokes and playing card games. Some of his favorite memories from his youth were of playing in his band, The End.

He was predeceased in death by his Son, Erik Mark Eged; Parents, Edward and Eleanor Eged; Brother, Clement Eged; Parents-in-law, Raymond and Doris White; Brothers-in-law, Richard White and Raymond White

He is survived by his Wife of 54 years, Carol White Eged; Daughter, Tamara (Joshua) Gibson; Daughter-in-law; Mary (Mike) Eged-Yuhas; Granddaughters, Haley (Caleb) Pierce and Zoey (Drew) Fuqua; Grandsons, Cole Erik Eged, Hunter Harris, Jake Erik Eged, Ty Yuhas, Nate Yuhas and Zach Gibson; Great-grandchildren, Isla Pierce, Ovie Pierce, Colt Gibson, Cody Gibson and Sadie Fuqua; Sisters-in-law, Donna Zagrocki and Cathy White; Also, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
