Jane Morris

Jane Adeline Vance Morris, long-time resident of Gulf Breeze, Florida, passed away on Thursday, March 13, 2014. Jane was born in Dayton, Ohio and while she enjoyed living on Coronado Island, California for a few years, she was almost a life-long resident of both Pensacola and Gulf Breeze. Jane was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie E. Morris; her brother, James E. Vance, Jr.; her mother, Verna V. Stewart Vance; and her father, Rev. James E. Vance, Sr. Much loved, Jane is survived by her daughters, Barbara Morris Maund, Deborah Dianne Morris, Edi Morris Pate, and Neala Morris Wilkins; five grandchildren as well as five great-grandchildren. An active member of Gulf Breeze United Methodist Church, Jane's memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at the main campus. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes that donations be made in her name to Covenant Hospice or Gulf Breeze United Methodist Church. Arrangements entrusted to Rose Lawn Funeral Home.
