Francis Sadro

Frank Joseph Sadro passed away Sunday, March 8, 2015 with his family by his side. He was pre-deceased by his wife, Arlene, who passed in 2013. They met at the end of WWII in England, Frank, a "Michigander" in the US Navy and Arlene his "Geordie" bride from Newcastle Upon Tyne. Frank's 32-year military career allowed them to see the world. He retired in Gulf Breeze where Arlene resumed her career in newspaper, radio and television. They are survived by their daughter Susan (James) Lodge of Pensacola and grandchildren, Stephen Hac, Nick Hac and Diana Kaufman, their son Frank (Cheryl) Sadro of Galveston TX and grandchildren, Carson Sadro and Connor Sadro. They shared a rich life full of family and friends from all walks of life. Funeral arrangements have been set for Barrancas National Cemetery Friday, March 13th at 12:30 PM.
