Frances Parrish “Pat” Webb entered into rest on August 29, 2025, in Gulf Breeze, Florida at the age of 97. Born in Valdosta, Georgia on October 3, 1927, Frances lived a life full of family and friends. She attended Moultrie High School in Georgia, and graduated with a degree from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri.

A month after her marriage to her husband in 1952, he was shipped off to Korea to serve as a USAF Forward Air Controller in the Korean Conflict. Later he deployed to Vietnam for a year. Throughout, Frances remained a committed military spouse and maintained their household. She raised two sons and was actively involved in service.

In her spare time, Frances dedicated herself to being an active member of the MacDill AFB Officers Wives Club, and the First Baptist Church of Gulf Breeze. She enjoyed playing Bunco and participating in Bridge Club, and was a charter resident of The Arbors of Gulf Breeze, where she enjoyed their social activities and community.

Frances is preceded in death by her husband Lt. Col. (Ret.) Sidney A. Webb.

She is survived by her son Dr. Sidney Webb and wife Susan; son Randall Webb and wife Elaine; granddaughter Summer Ploegman and husband Adam; and grandson Taylor Webb.

Frances will be interred at Barrancas National Cemetery at NAS Pensacola, Florida.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Emerald Coast Hospice or to the First Baptist Church of Gulf Breeze Missions Program.
