Elizabeth Ann Renfroe of Gulf Breeze, Florida, was called home on August 12th, 2020.
Elizabeth “Ann” Renfroe was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Ann was born February 16th, 1946, in Tupelo, MS, to Tom and Willie Cayso n. She graduated from Mississippi School for the Deaf in Jackson, MS. After graduating from high school, Ann worked briefly as a cosmetologist and a keypunch operator at Ingalls Shipbuilding in Pascagoula. Ann was a very talented seamstress and loved sewing, scrapbooking, making jewelry, and cross stitching. She was a member of the Pensacola Association for the Deaf, and a member of the First Baptist Church of Wewahitchka, FL.
Ann is preceded in death by her father Tom Howard Cayson, and mother Willie Pauline Young Cayson.
She is survived by her husband Kenneth Dee Renfroe of Gulf Breeze, FL; daughters Deborah Ann Butler of Gautier, MS, and Elizabeth Marie Davis Mallet (David) of Mobile, AL; step-daughters Melissa Renfroe Koll (Joe) of Dillon, CO, and Rochelle Renfroe Tuck (Hadrian) of Miami, FL; and grandsons Shannon Mallet, William Koll, and Austin Koll.
The memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, August 18th, 2020, at Rose Lawn Funeral Home and Cemetery in Gulf Breeze. Interment will follow the services at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel and Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
