Doris “Irene” Dasho
June 2, 1931 – August 18, 2026
Doris Irene Dasho, lovingly known to everyone as Irene, of Gulf Breeze, Florida, passed away on August 18, 2026, at the age of 95, leaving behind a family who loved her deeply and a lifetime of memories that will be cherished for generations.
Irene was a woman of deep faith, and her Catholic faith was an important part of who she was. She was a devoted member of St. Sylvester Catholic Church, and she carried her faith with her throughout her life, reflected in the kindness, gentleness, and love she showed to everyone around her.
Above all else, Irene treasured her family. She dearly loved her five children, Bob, Dale, D’Aun, Debbie, and Kathy, as well as her many beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her family was at the center of her life, and nothing meant more to her than the people she loved.
Those who knew Irene will remember her as one of the kindest and most gentle souls. She was always in good spirits and had an infectious laugh that could brighten a room. It is a laugh her family will always remember and one they will hear in their memories for years to come.
Irene shared an extraordinary life and marriage with her beloved husband, Charles Robert “Bob” Dasho. Together they built a beautiful family and a legacy of love that continues through their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Irene was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved husband, Charles Robert “Bob” Dasho. She is survived by her children, Bob, Dale, D’Aun, Debbie, and Kathy, along with her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, all of whom will carry her memory with them.
While her family will miss her more than words can express, they find comfort in knowing that Irene has been reunited with Bob, the love of her life, and that together they are rejoicing in Heaven once again.
Her infectious laugh, her kindness, and the love she gave so freely will never be forgotten.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Sylvester Catholic Church in Gulf Breeze, Florida.
