David Shook

David Allen Shook of Mary Esther passed away September 15, 2008. He was a man of few words, who possessed great humor and love of his family. David is preceded in death by his parents Gerald and Edna Shook; brother, Bruce Shook and daughter-in-law, Amy Shook. David is survived by his wife of 29 years, Sandra Shook; sons, Christopher (wife Janette), Garrett, and Logan. Daughter, Lisa (husband Brian), sister Caroll (husband Sam), brother Thurman; grandchildren, Jarrod, Gracie, Briana, J.D. and Alyssa; mother and father-in-law, Norma and David Cook; extended family: Janice and Iva; Julie, Greg and Kaleigh; Joey, Jen and Jayden; Davie, Kim, Ashley, David Ryan and Bentlee, Krystal, Rachael and Leighann; step-parents, Herman and Louise Simmons. A time of visitation will be held Friday, September 19, 2008 at Rose Lawn Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 20th at 10:00 AM in the Rose Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Rose Lawn Cemetery.
