Andrew Cross

Andrew “Drew” Cross was born on August 27th, 2001, in Augusta, Georgia, and entered into rest on June 14th, 2025, in Gulf Breeze, Florida. Drew was an alumnus of Gulf Breeze High School, graduating as a proud Dolphin. He was a lover of sports, maintaining a “love-hate” relationship with the football teams Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Falcons, and the baseball team Atlanta Braves.

With a lifelong love of the water, Drew spent his time fishing, jet skiing, and boating. Due to this passion, he worked as a dockhand at the Legendary Marina and spent time going on Carnival Cruises with family – earning the status “Platinum Cruiser”. Drew also had a deep love for his family and friends. Moments spent with them included playing video games, watching sports, and sharing his love of the water with them. Drew also had a good sense of humor, enjoying comedy shows and funny podcasts.

Andrew “Drew” Cross is preceded in death by grandfathers Oliver Albea and Michael Cross, and grandmother Judy Cross.

He is survived by his parents, Jennifer and Rocky Cross, his brother Alex Cross, and grandmother Annette Albea. Drew was deeply loved by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and community of Gulf Breeze.

Family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Thursday June 19, 2025, at Rose Lawn Funeral Home, in Gulf Breeze, Florida.
