Dot was a wonderful lady. She always had a smile on her face and never met a stranger. She bubbled with life and enthusiasm. It was my privilege to know Dr Morgan and Dot both. They contributed in so many ways to this community. I pass Morgan Park every day and silently bless them for giving us this green space on our island.
